Date: August 1, 2017 7-9 p.m.
St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church is proud to host the 2017 Cockeysville Police Precinct’s National Night Out (NNO). National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. Together, we are making that happen. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
This will be a community festival with food, children’s activities, safety demonstrations, community business spotlights, give aways and visits from emergency service personnel.
In addition to making you aware of our plans, we also need additional partners to make NNO a success. We have a responsibility to our community to further the efforts of our police and emergency service departments. We need contributions for advertising and activities so that our surrounding communities will be aware of the event and desire to attend. We ask that you please consider making a tax deductible contribution towards the success of this event in the form of a monetary donation, goods or services, or even your time.
If you would like to make an online donation, please visit E-Giving and select ‘National Night Out’ as the fund you would like to give to.
To see when our next NNO Planning Meeting is, please check our Parish Calendar regularly.
All are encouraged to join!
